Pray for the Patch- Missoula PD & Lewis and Clark County Sheriff’s Office

Each week the How 2 Love Our Cops prayer team spends some time reviewing the patches that have been sent to us from all over the country. Prayerfully, we choose a patch and share it with you, our incredible followers to come along side us and lift up the men and women who represent the department selected.

Join us to pray for the Missoula Police Department and Lewis & Clark County Sheriff's Office in the state of Montana.

Dear LORD,

You are the Good Shepherd who watches over your people. We submit our requests before you and rest knowing you are at work on their behalf.

Thank you for these brave men and women who have answered the call to serve and protect their communities. The work is rewarding and will demand much. The job requires hours upon hours of training to ensure they are properly equipped for duty. Our prayer is that you would bless these agencies with excellent applicants as they fill vacant positions.

Sustain them while they wait for support and relief. We pray for the success of each person in the Academy, in Field Training or recently released to be solo.

Help them to sharpen their skills in leadership, problem-solving, and communication. Keep them well for the journey ahead as they develop physical and mental skills to endure the day to day.

As promotions and accomplishments are celebrated we commend them for their dedication to leading each generation in their agencies. Give them insight to lead well, live well and rest well in every aspect of their lives and into retirement.

As extreme weather conditions set in, we pray your protection would surround every agency and community within the state of Montana. May you be their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble every shift.

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear.
